If you haven't heard about it yet, well then here it is, Relay 4 life at Husky stadium. Come, support, fund raise, and most importantly kicking cancer in the glutenous maximus. I was asked to make a letter for survivors; so here it is, pretty simply but toke me forever but a little less time than the husky thing I made in the previous post. I think this one looks more professional with a little of husky spirit. In other news, I haven't had anything to upload onto here mainly because I have 2 massive projects that i'm working on: UW Relay Kick-Off secret video (no one but actors will know the context of this video XD) and this movie my friends are going to be making called the "High-Five Movie" starring Hing Potter, Dennis Ramey and hopefully a couple more peoples. Anyways heres the letter I did, opinions greatly appreciated!

UW Relay for Life: Homecoming Event
UW's husky football team will be supporting relay for life at their homecoming game by wearing pink ribbons and I was asked to make a poster for it. This is my first time playing with Photoshop, The F.E.A.R. Productions logo I did wasn't really in Photoshop but a video I made in after effects (the post before this one) and I just exported it as a Photoshop file and then saved it as a jpeg. But yes, this is my first time working with Photoshop. What I was aiming for was the pink part is suppose to be the ribbon and a husky wearing that ribbon. I was told to make a poster with words: Go Huskies! Think Pink, a pink ribbon, the uw relay website and the relay for life american cancer society logo: I broke the logo into two parts. The eyes is replaced with one part of the logo which is suppose to like symbolize thats what we see, what our goal is etc. There is two versions of it.

The F.E.A.R. Productions Introduction
I've been working on a couple of things for The F.E.A.R. Productions including an intro for all videos edited by The F.E.A.R. Productions. I used a couple of videocopilots stock footage, after effects cs4, and a couple hours later well actually a lot of hours: Boom! Done! Its a basic fifteen minute animation but I'm pretty proud of it. I'm not as good as I should be considering the amount of hours I put into it but it was fun making it and thats what matters to me. One of the things I decided to do is change my style. I've always been making videos, clips thats about recap of the year or of the event etc. and by that I also choose songs as the background music and syncing it into the song, but instead of that I'm actually using sound effects sound for instance for this clip I use spray paint sound fx, paint splats, and a dramatic heart beat for the beginning.

A New Start with Video
I decided that i'm going challenge myself with video and actually learn how to do it. Rcently I've realized that most of the time I'm just pulling things out of no where and pushing random buttons and putting them together and never actually learning how to do it. I'm going to start from scratch and use this to document my works. I'm going to start from the very first animation tutorial on www.videocopilot.net. I will be using after effects and learning Premiere. I'm still deciding on vegas and priemere i'm pretty good with vegas been using it for like 6 years now but I should learn something new.. Maybe I'll get good enough to do a couple tutorials too when I get the chance. However, I'm not starting till like after a couple more weeks. I have a couple of projects for Relay for Life that I need to get started but I've got finals this week so in a couple weeks I will start this project!
