Anyways, I stumbled across this music video tonight, and thought I'd post it. It's what some may consider "old school" going back to the roots, when r&b was r&b, when hip hop was hip hop. When people can tell the difference between pop and r&b. This song is by aaliyah-I miss you. She died in a plane accident when she was filming for a music video at the Bahamas. We don't really know how it feels to be alone till we lose the people we love. People say when we lose everything we hit rock bottom. Yes, and no do I agree with that statement. When we are alone, truly alone, not for just a day or a night, but truly alone that is when we hit rock bottom. That void inside, we cannot fill and it hurts. It hurts to think, to feel, to do anything it just hurts. Ironically, even to be with people it hurts. Everything is a reminder. Thats what it means to be alone. Not just a simple you have nobody's shoulder to cry on. When you realize you have something to say, but have nobody to say it to. To me, that is what it truly means to be alone.
